Wilsonart Residential Growth Initiative
Spearheaded the penetration of the Residential surface application market by gaining leadership sign off and receiving four hundred thousand dollars allocated to marketing funds to construct a Residential Pilot Program. The Residential Growth Initiative was initially led by a team of two, Due to the impacts of COVID-19, the Residential Pilot Program vigorously shifted from dedicated resources to shared resources and moved to virtual experiences from relying heavily on in-person interactions. While many of the assets were retooled for the virtual environment, we were able to quickly execute a campaign dedicated to the residential audiences. Residential digital promotions included new residential merchandising tools for various test markets, residential professional specific marketing collateral, creation of 11 new residential sales representatives positions, persuasive go-to-market presentations for internal and external adoption.
