Part of CFT (Climate Field Team) that helps support HOT STORE strategy; edit assortment, allocation to stores & supplemental buying. Part of Hispanic Heritage Committee & Hispanic Business Council where I help support Hispanic growth and development internally and help support Hispanic Heritage Month. Support and onboard Visual Strategies and Visual Standards to help support Visual Merchandising as a capacity to generate business.   • In charge of the visual merchandising initiatives for AF International. Work in partnership with Owner & CEO on current and future projects that are established overseas - mainly in Central & South America. While working with AF International I have been able to work with major international accounts: Punto Blanco, GEF, Baby Fresh, Estra, Unicomer, GDU. Extremely successful year and seven months with the company as we were awarded multiple times the best store in the region, both financially and visually. Installations that were done at this location were shot with the intention to be duplicated within the brand and sought out for inspiration. Worked my way up to Acting Visual Area Manager, where I would visit the other 2 stores in the market on a bi-weekly basis.

Our Aventura location started at 11M which we were able to grow to 14M before we left in a course of 3 years.
