I am currently pursuing a Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. After school, I plan to open my own dental office in the Metro Detroit area. Outside of school, I am in my second term as chairman of the Detroit 'Kopernik Tandourjian' Chapter of the Armenian Youth Organization (AYF). I have strong leadership and communication skills, and my ability to connect and empathize with people has helped me both inside and outside the dental office. In the future, I hope to use my position as a dental professional, not only to help improve people's oral health, but also to help support my local church and Armenian community in any way that I can.

- Responsible for 90 senior members and 50 junior members of the Detroit 'Kopernik Tandourjian' Chapter of the Armenian Youth Federation (AYF).
- Represent the organization at community and activist events, meeting with community leaders, and giving messages to the public on behalf of the organization.
- Prepare presentations for, and lead monthly chapter meetings, as well as host biweekly meetings with my executive board.
- Work with other chairpersons of chapters across the nation to advance the goals of the AYF: to create a united, free, and independent Armenia.
