Responsible for caring for 4-5 patients on a fast paced progressive care unit, monitoring patient changes and diligently responding to emergency changes, interpreting cardiac rhythms on continuous telemetry, administering medications and monitoring appropriately, collaborating with other members of the healthcare team, and precepting new oncoming nurses.

Served as a role model to other team members, curating emails to management and central hub for coordinating care for patients, ensuring insurance eligibility, scheduling patients. Direct patient care through direction through memorized exercises, coordination with providers and active correction for patients with orthopedic injuries or post op from surgeries to stroke patient and strength training.
