Since the beginning of my employment, regardless of employer it has been important for me to provide quality work, producing excellent results. I am self reliant, motivated and work well with others, wether it be with my foreman, my crew or contractors, I am often looked to lead my crew.

I graduated from Talawanda High School in less than three and a half years in order to begin working as soon as possible. Due to responsibilities and household income, a college education has not yet been an option for but one day I hope to have that opportunity and the means to further my education. In the meantime, I am committed to working for a secure company that deems my current skills to be an asset and that provides opportunity and training for advancement. I look to continue to develop my leadership skills as I grow in my career and ultimately reach the level of management.
