• Responsible for the Installation of Commercial Plumbing Systems, including Water Lines, Waste Drainage Systems, Gas Lines, Pneumatic Lines, & Plumbing Fixtures in new construction projects & remodels.

• Interpret and work from construction drawings in compliance with engineering layout.

• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure efficient workflow and prevent project delays.

• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues to ensure full functionality and compliance with code.

• Follow all safety procedures while applying PPE standards & maintaining a clean and organized worksite.

• Ensure all work meets or exceeds local plumbing codes and standards.

• Documenting work performed and communicate progress with supervisors or project leads.

• Optimized system performance by identifying potential issues during routine inspections and implementing preventive measures.

• Respond to emergency and scheduled service calls. Manage dispatched jobs involving service maintenance, repairs, and new construction installs. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and new installations of various plumbing systems, ensuring all work meets health and safety codes, and local regulations.

• Install, maintain, and repair various types of piping systems including drain lines, water supply lines, and gas lines. Identify and fix leaks, blockages, or faulty components with precision and efficiency.

• Provide excellent customer service through clear communication, reliable follow-ups, and respectful interactions. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

• Trained apprentice technicians on plumbing systems,

installations, and safe operation of equipment.
