As a cleaner at the machine shop, I played a crucial role in maintaining a safe and organized working environment conducive to productivity. Some of my responsibilities included cleanliness, efficiency, and safety throughout the facility.

Each day likely began with a thorough inspection of the shop floor, where I identified areas in need of attention. This could have included sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to remove debris, oil, and metal shavings that accumulated from the machining processes. I would have used specialized cleaning agents to dissolve stubborn residues from machines, floors, and surfaces, ensuring they remained in optimal condition.

In addition to maintaining cleanliness I helped in the disposing of scrap metal, used oils, and other waste materials in accordance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
