Cleaning the department:
Spray the floors with a cleaning material.
Scrub the floor with a provided scrubbing brush.
Squeegee the floors(wipe all the suds down the drains).
Pull the product from the Seafood and Meat cases in that order while wearing gloves.
Spray the ice out of the seafood case.
Wash out both cases with bleach and sanitizer.
Wash the dishes and make sure they are clean.
Drain all the sinks.
Take all the devices back to a storage room for them.
I took 4 years in that class. We did extra curricular activities such as going on field trips, doing some school oriented physical training or PT for short. We also focused on academics and made sure we were passing our classes. There was a model rocket building competition that had a fake scenario and only the second, third, and fourth year students could participate. One year even the security guards joined in.
