During my time at Echo Hose EMS, I shadowed an ER Tech. I became very interested in the job, its overall responsibilities, and what it means to be an ER Tech. While learning more about the position, I became more and more interested in the field. I feel like I could be an asset to the team and that I could really develop a passion for this career.

My overall duties as a Landside Operations Coordinator are different each day. Some days, I monitor traffic flow and terminal capacity. Other days, I coordinate with TSA to ensure passengers make it onto their flights. My day can flip on a dime, and we can be faced with several challenges that we haven't encountered before. Our team at Tweed-New Haven Airport has to come together and work out the best possible solution.
