Floor position - Completed transactions with customers by scanning their items and ensuring their payment was accurate. Faced and stocked items in each area of the store. Unloaded product after it was dropped off by the truck and ensuring all items were stocked in their correct locations while also verifying we received everything we ordered. Cleaned all areas of the store numerous times throughout the day. Ensured customer loyalty by being friendly and courteous to each of our guests. Suggestive sold various items on sale as well as the loyalty program.

Kitchen Position - Kept up in a fast paced environment by cleaning as often as possible and communicating with the small team. Used Ovens with specialized recipes to produce various food items at appropriate times through the day. Operated a fryer to produce fried chicken and a myriad of other items. Traded off cleaning dishes throughout the day with each of my coworkers so that each person contributed the same amount of time. Ordered appropriate items when levels got too low in the freezer. Conducted food temperature testing every hour to ensure safe food items for our guests and logging all information gathered this way.
