  • Financial responsibilities: Manage a $12.5m P&L: Fully responsible for setting budgets; Forecasting month/quarter/annual revenue, sales margin, absorption numbers; driving results to those targets as well as growth initiatives from upper management
  • Achieved average annual YOY growth of 9.3% in revenue and 5.7 % in margin quality
  • Personnel responsibilities: Manage 22 total downstream reports
  • Fully responsible for hiring, performance management, target setting, merit adjustments, growth and development, training, general and role specific support
  • Ensured timely input of timesheets, PTO requests, and expense reports
  • Cost Reviews: Work with sales team to ensure that overall strategy is in alignment, project costs are appropriately covered to execute the work, and margins are in alignment with company goals for my segment
