SATCOM Airborne Antenna Gimbal

• Flight critical hardware.
• System test and integration of supplier payload to gimbal using DMM, Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, and associated testing GUI.

Synthetic Aperture Radar & Ground Support Equipment

• Assemble, test and troubleshoot RF Loopback using sig. gen. and SA.
• Train personnel in RF Loopback assembly and testing procedures.
• Assemble/repair Block 20A REA.
• Azimuth motor resolver alignment bench test.
• Test Gimbal SMA cables for dB loss and degradation.

Mission Intelligence Station

• Conduct extensive redlining of MIS and SIMMIS workstation, UBF and server assembly drawings, test procedures and wiring diagrams/schematics.
• Assemble, configure software, test and troubleshoot MIS and SIMMIS workstation and associated subassemblies.
• Assemble, configure, test and troubleshoot UBF and MIS/SIMMIS server assembly.
• Assist engineering and program management in VAL/VER of UBF, MIS/SIMMIS server, and MIS/SIMMIS workstation software configuration.
• Train personal on MIS/SIMMIS assembly and test.
• Often meet with Program Management and interact with customer when requested.
• Trusted to work independently, often with no supervision or oversight to complete production and testing.

Daylight Nose Camera

• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot Daylight Nose Camera. · Perform infant mortality/ESS testing for DNC PWAs.
• Troubleshoot issues with PWAs at the component level using lab equipment and vendor schematics.
• Redline and develop DNC test and assembly documents.
• Train personal on DNC assembly and test procedures.

• Scheduled complex delivery routes and planned events per customer needs and requirements.
• Created schedules and managed 7-10 employees based on availability and work capacity.
• Provided onsite coordination and management of up to 30 event staff members for events with as many as 5000 guests.
• Mediated conflict resolutions between employees as well as settle customer disputes.
