Summary

I am a hard working HVAC professional who is willing to learn, listen and perform jobs at a high level to keep customers happy and keep the company growing. I have been doing a/c since I was 15 and been working full time since 18. I have installed single stage and 2 stage heat pump systems and gas furnace systems, light and heavy commercial systems as well. I did installs for 6 years and I have been a full time service tech for 2 years. As a service tech I have done small part changes to coils and compressors and annual maintenances on systems. I help make customers understand their systems, help them understand why there system broke, how to prevent it and help them understand premature damage when parts fail or going to fail. I also speak English and Spanish so that I can help out home owners and tenants understand whats going on so they don't have to struggle with understanding or speaking.
