I have been with the company Vitaligent for 5 months. I then was hired as a team member then promoted to a shift leader 3 months later. I then started working with my general manager on becoming an assistant general manager. Being a shift leader I greeted customers upon entry, handled payments via a POS system fulfilling over 1200 orders per shift. As well as maintaining clean dining areas, restrooms and work stations by routinely sanitizing, sweeping and moping and replenishing supplies. As a shift leader I trained new employees. I worked with my team to maintain smooth operations and high standards of customer service during high volume rushes. Being a leader has taught me to be quick on my toes and to be a problem solver. I swiftly and professionally addressed any customer complaints and resolved any issue that may have occurred ensuring every customer leaves highly satisfied.
