Summary
A reliable member of the work force. Always trying to bring moral up within the work place. I have been Security Forces for over 5 years and will continue either through the Guard or as the Reserves. I have been deployed two times both to Jordan. Both times I have gone I have been part of the QRF team. On my last deployment my leadership decided to make me in charge of the program. As an E4 in the military I was in charge of eight MATVS and ten HUMVEES. While also being in charge of all the Airman regardless of rank. I am also one of four people in my Squadron who are Confinement Certified. I completed my training for Confinement in 2020. Since then I have been an assistant to the NCOIC of Confinement assisting when we have individuals in Confinement. I have had a great time being in the Active Duty Air Force. But I am looking to be closer to home and to also looking for new challenges as well.

- Patrolled via motorized vehicles, all-terrain vehicles and walking.
- Inspected buildings and grounds for signs of intrusion or tampering with locks or other security devices.
- Applied extensive training in law enforcement and combat tactics to protect stateside and international bases.
- Adhered strictly to established protocols while handling firearms safely and responsibly.
- Prepared detailed reports documenting security incidents, investigations, and arrests made.
- Checked vehicles entering secure facilities for explosives, weapons and contraband items using x-ray machines or hand-held metal detectors when necessary.
- Patrolled premises to promote safety of employees and visitors.
- Responded to alarms and disturbances to maintain safety.
- Provided escorts for authorized personnel entering restricted areas as needed.
- Investigated suspicious activities or persons to deter potential threats.
- Got Certified on the following weapon systems. M16A1, M4, M4A1, M9 Berretta, P320, M203, M240B, M249, and the Remington 870.
- Have been deployed to Jordan two times.
- I am currently Certified to drive MATVS, and MRAPS.
- While In Jordan I led our QRF teams.
- I was first on Scene to a VBIED. After verifying the Vehicle I assisted my Flight Chief on establishing a 1000 foot Cordon.
