Team Player with a talent for multitasking and customer service. I have an aptitude for team building and communication. I am easily adaptable to my environment, and I can learn things quickly. I have been in customer service positions ever since the start of my working career. I am also a graduated CNA/ RNA from the Allegiance Career Institute in Chapman City. Through my clinicals within my program, I was always complemented on my ability to both be efficient in my patient care, but also compassionate and present whenever they needed me.
I have done Shotokan Karate for a total of 8 years and have earned, in that time, my 2nd Degree Adult Black Belt. My time within that Dojo has taught me important traits such as discipline, responsibility, and respect for others. In Karate I was also tasked with working with both children and adults. Making my leadership skills stand out, as well as making myself reliable in my Sensei's eyes.

However, most of my experience and accomplishments come from non-recognized roles. Within my, almost 4 year, work experience I have been able to work with people from different age groups, cultures, and viewpoints. Starting with working with Kids at Kids Factory, I learned the ins and outs of being able to efficiently and respectfully work with younger groups of people. My work experience in fast food, retail, and server positions all refined my skills in customer service and lengthened my patience and stamina in their respective fields. I have to credit the exercise of my customer service experience to my recent job at Soba Izakaya Minami. A Japanese Udon and Soba restaurant that challenged every skill that I knew prior, which included my ability to memorize 100+ items on the menu, work with customers with getting their orders correctly without fail, and being able to work at full-sprint for 4 hours at a time. All of these important skills I would not have if it wasn't for my early-on work experience in all of these fields.
