Hello my name is Alexander Lara-Merino. I am a 17 year old young man, soon to be 18 on September 19th, 2024. A little bit about me, I am a recent highschool graduate having graduated on June 17th, 2024. I will be attending Montgomery College this fall with plans to transfer to a 4 year school after two years at Montgomery. My parents are from El Salvador and I was born here, In Washington D.C. I grew up in the thriving neighborhood of Adam's Morgan. Recently I went on a trip to El Salvador this summer. It was my first time ever visiting and my Mom's and Aunts first time back in 40 years. It was an amazing experience seeing my roots and visiting such a beautiful country. Lastly, some of my favorite hobbies include watching and playing all kinds of sports. However my favorite is basketball.
