- As the linesman I would cook all of the food for the line along with making sure the food was always fresh hot and the line never ran out of food I would also do all of the special cleaning for the store during closing.
- As the Slicer I would cut the brisket and place it on the line to then be plated and packaged.
- I would also buss tables, drop chicken, clean dishes and work on the chicken table where I would plate the chicken orders and package them.
