  • When I started at scratch, the first thing I learned was how to prepare different flavor bases for the ice creams like chocolates, cheesecakes, and how to make homemade caramel syrup. Once I learned how to make all of the basic flavors, I learned how to freeze the ice cream in a machine, and how to pint the ice cream as well as how to pack it to go out for deliveries. around two months into the job I learned how to cater, I sold the ice cream at a food truck event once a week for the summer. I also fill all of the pints we sell in the shops and all of the stores. I also create the schedule for the other employees everyday and make sure everybody stays on task to make sure all of our orders are ready and able to go out on time. I also make sure the kitchen stays organized, and I'm in charge of taking inventory of all the shops supplies and ingredients to get them ordered on time every week.
