I am Alexander Mauller and I am a highly organized and motivated individual with a strong attention to detail. With excellent communication skills and a dedication to achieving goals, I am eager to contribute to a dynamic team and make a positive impact.
I would perform three distinct tasks: checking in trucks, checking out trucks, and handling specialty trucks.
When checking in trucks, I would join the camera and speak as the truck drivers’ order numbers. I would type the numbers in and a ticket would appear. I would verify the address with the truck driver and then obtain their weight, name, truck number, and the type of truck they were driving. I would ensure that the permit weight was correct in the ticket order.
Once I had all the information, I would post it into the system. After the trucks were loaded, they would drive out on the outscale. I would ask for their name and truck number, click on them, and verify that they were headed to the correct address. I would also ensure that they were at the correct weight (not underloaded or overloaded).
Once everything was in order, I would pull their weight and post the ticket. It would print, and I would call the truck driver down to the window. I would tear the ticket from the printer, tear off the side, fold the corner, and hand the driver his ticket, ensuring he verified that it was correct. He would sign it, give me two copies, and I would place them in a tray for the end of the day.
Depending on which task I had done that day, I would either check in or out trucks. I would average 500 trucks a day. For specialty trucks, I would obtain a weight ticket from the printer once a truck had checked in and out. I would then check them into a different system, obtain a pick list with all the information, and create a delivery number. I would input the delivery number into the system and complete a series of tasks to bill the truck out, collect all the paperwork, and give it to the driver at the end of the day.
began my career as a hot press operator, where I utilized dyes to press and cook ballistic helmets. However, I quickly advanced to the position of assistant lead, where I diligently completed the paperwork for rejected helmets and assisted in planning production. Subsequently, I progressed to the role of first shift lead, ensuring that each shift is on task and has a comprehensive game plan for the day. While continuing to handle the paperwork, I occasionally stepped in to run helmets when needed. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable insights and knowledge from various departments.
