• I worked every station within the cafeteria, both front and back of house, and got ample experience as an opener and closer. My main role was production; which entailed cooking burgers to order, mass producing entrees and side items for a variety of cuisines. When working the front I prided myself on being one of the quickest closers and never stopping at just my station. I also learned the value of customer service and enjoyed making conversation with them as I served.
• I have practice in prep, on top of prepping all my entrees for the next days menu. I had to assist and then run salad line prep for about a month. In that time I learned how to quickly prepare most vegetables and fruits using both knife skills and machines.

As a member of the Inventory Control team my tasks mostly consisted of counting and verifying inventory.

• I was required to have deep understanding of the Warehouse Management System to better identify and create solutions for any issues that arose. These issues would often create large discrepancies between our physical and virtual stock. Halting orders going out or getting the correct stock in on time for new orders.
• I was tasked with improving, creating, and maintaining organization within the warehouse as a whole.
• I also trained and lead a number of temporary workers in our end of year inventories.
