Along with my experience in various construction tasks, I have a minor in electrical, plumbing, installation, and mill working. My expertise lies in cabinetry finish work, framing, flooring, and landscaping. I also specialize in tree liming, removal, and brush cutting. Moreover, I have experience in preparing asphalt for paving residential driveways. Hauling excavators and front loaders in various sized dump trailers. Hauling 2 to 4 tons of 5/8 minus crushed, utility sand, 50/50 topsoil, beauty bark, and drainage rock for various landscape and construction products. My knowledge and skills have allowed me to take on diverse responsibilities and work effectively as a team member in a construction setting.

I am a worker in the construction industry with a diverse range of responsibilities. My duties included assisting with the formation and pouring of concrete structures such as footings, foundations, pads, and columns. I was also responsible for checking plans and ensuring that framing and other building aspects are constructed according to specifications when building a home. In addition, I was responsible for digging distribution trenches and areas for drainage and catch basins, which are crucial for proper water management on the construction site. I operate a variety of heavy machinery, including excavators, forklifts, man lifts, and off-road dump trucks, which requires significant skill and training. As the only worker for my former employer, I handle most of the hands-on work and problem-solving for subcontractors. It's a challenging but rewarding job that requires a high level of attention to detail and expertise in various construction-related tasks.

I am a certified welder with expertise in Mig welding for vertical positions, as well as Dual Shield welding for both vertical and overhead positions. I have experience interacting with customers and have traveled to various worksites. My background includes involvement in heavy building construction, along with extensive experience in hydraulic, mechanical, and metal repair for heavy machinery.

As a shop assistant, my primary role was to provide assistance with cutting materials, tack welding, and occasionally fully welding projects assigned to myself and my lead. This job served as an opportunity for me to gain experience in the welding and fabrication industry. My goal was to develop my skills, acquire teamwork abilities, and receive practical training while earning a salary. During my time in this position, I learned the importance of critical thinking, working collaboratively, and taking responsibility for both my projects and the success of the company.
