• Drum Major, Powhatan High School, 07/01/23, 12/31/23, Lead 70 marchers and conducted for the ensemble. Faced frequent challenges, always flexible to adapt for the group's needs. Managed interpersonal dynamics, mediated communication from marcher to staff, taught and reinforced concepts to marchers. Commonly consulted for advice and communication by all marching and or teaching. Spent 40+ hours a week practicing individually outside of rehearsal, set standard for the group. Never missed or was late to a rehearsal, sectional, or competition.
• Bass Drummer / Cymbal, Powhatan High School, 11/01/19, 04/30/23, Marched bass drum and cymbals at WGI World Championships, finishing 18th in the world two years straight. Managed and lifted heavy equipment, organized and lead truck loading / unloading, frequently spent 7 days a week involved with the group. Remained in group for over 2 years, actively participated in votes, community outreach, and discussion. Read to Flat Rock Elementary students, tutored high school students, and painted windows. Received 5s on AP Language and Composition and AP Literature and Composition exams.
• PITT Tutor, Powhatan High School, 03/01/22, 05/31/24, Tutored students throughout the year, typically in English and essay writing. Managed PITT tutoring events, taking attendance and arranging sessions. Worked closely with students of varying academic commitment, thoroughly garnered strong interpersonal skills.

Frequently interacted and communicated within the group to further educational pursuit.
• AP Advocate, AP Collegeboard, 01/01/24, 01/31/24, Lobbied the Virginia General Assembly on Capitol Hill to advocate for more AP state funding. Selected off merit, 2023 AP Scholar with Honor and 2024 AP Scholar with Distinction. Met and personally lobbied to members like Lee Ware, Speaker Don Scott. Took initiative in group to greet many members, comfortably interacting with the delegates.
