In simple terms, I go to Fire and Water damaged houses and collect whatever the attorneys, engineers and lawyers tell me to collect that they think caused the accident. Then I take whatever that evidence may be (things as small as a fish thank to things as big as 5 semi trucks) to my warehouse, wrap store and inventory everything. Then those cases sit until we have a lab exam where we analyze and figure out the cause. That information is then used by attorneys to decide if there is subrogation potential.
