• Ensure compliance by communicating the company's quality standards and values to business partners, foreman, superintendents, and project managers.
• Communicate the requirements and recommendations of the company, owner, and government in relation to quality construction methods and processes to field and office personnel.
• Assist in the preparation of reports for field superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors that document compliant and non-compliant conditions by promoting the effective use of internal quality assurance systems and tools.
• Conduct an analysis of contract documents and construction drawings and offers feedback on the distinctive quality concerns that are present in each project.
• Perform audits to facilitate operations and provides suggestions for corrective action.
• Monitor internal company business systems to guarantee that field operations and reporting are accurately documented.
• Foster quality initiatives, reports on quality trends or issues, and develops communication strategies to address them by participating in staff, team, or quality meetings.
• Act as a quality representative on-site for a single project or multiple projects as required.
• Establish strong connections with both internal and external clients, such as proprietors, business partners, manufacturer's representatives, and third-party consultants.
• Maintain consistent and routine communication and updates with project leaders who are supported.
• Schedule trainings and offer mentorship and guidance to field personnel.
