
I've worked in multiple team environments as a follower and as a leader. I know how to conduct my work in a professional fashion that represents the company well along with taking lead in over coming problems as they come about. I learned from many mentors during my time and I passed off my experience and information that I have learned to my fellow collogues. I've learned how to have good time management having multiple jobs, sports, and landscaping jobs during the same week. Throughout my jobs I've realized that communication is key to success because everyone needs to be on the same page for everything to go to schedule.
