• Completed multiple shifts as an emergency front desk receptionist. Answered phones, redirected calls, and directed individuals to their appointments and classes.

• Grandmother had dementia and a stroke, needed to be lifted in and out of chair, had food prepared, etc. Grandfather then also needed help as he was severely disabled from COPD.
