Distribution Platoon Leader

• Led and managed 30 Soldier Platoon to resupply coordinated logistics resources to 500 Soldier Unit. Coordinated Food/Water, Food, Fuel and Repair parts to company sized elements for training events through forecasting and scheduling of deliveries through time management and critical expectations.

Maintenance Control Officer

• Coordinated scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for 200-vehicle fleet by leading automotive maintenance team of 50 Soldiers. Managed logistics flow of repair parts and warehouse management of materiel goods through SAP systems. Utilized analysis of maintenance downtime and "Lean" tools to forecast maintenance outlook and build schedules to fit command critical decisions.

Forward Support Company Executive Officer

• Supervised Logistics Resource and Management of 100-Soldier Company for 500-Soldier Battalion. Utilized data analysis tools to track performance and identified areas for improvement. Implemented initial standard operating procedures for logistics processes in the company using Lean Six Sigma. Primary POC for resourcing of logistics assets at higher echelons.

• Oversaw and managed primary resourcing and supply for initial equipment types during rotational deployment to Republic of Korea.
• Managed transfer and procurement of property to ensure logistics resource requirements of initial equipment type in Korea saving money by reallocating assets on peninsula.
• Drafted and managed training schedules for 100 soldiers, conducting exercises on peninsula while also balancing resourcing to 500 Soldier Battalion.
• Handled administrative management, personnel issues and supply requirements for unit.
