- Started bringing Elma middle School kids to Monestano's Wyldlife club every other Tuesday night in 2024
- Meet kids where they are at and play games with them in a gym; then share a 5 minute gospel message at the end of the evening
- Attend kids sporting events to support and encourage them; and are always a listening ear for those who need to talk
- Helped establish Elma's first Wyldlife club September 2025 in the middle school gym about every other Sunday evening
- Went to Wyldlife camp as a leader July 2025 in Oregon with about 75 middle schoolers from Grays Harbor

- Ensured safety from injuries by tailoring workouts to individual athletes
- Implemented weight and strengthen training, hill workouts and speed workouts. On average my team shaved about two and a half minutes off of their race times during the last two seasons.
- In 2024 my boys were district champions by 24 points. Last season each athlete maintained personal records and 80% of my team was young and new to XC
- We enjoyed a lot of team building activities the last 2 seasons by eating carb load meals together the night before meets, ran to elma ponds and kids swam, after a hard workout kids raced/sprinted to Smitty's for food and ice cream, and after workouts on Friday's we played games together like volleyball etc.
