• The position transitioned into a partial project management role; commercial revenue tickets are delegated to a contract engineer. I monitored the project progress, then reviewed and approved the project when it was returned to me.
• Work directly with INDOT engineers and utility coordinators in resolving conflicts with Frontier facilities involving road construction/improvements, with a focus on minimal impact to the OSP engineering budget.
• Work closely with the City of Terre Haute and surrounding counties in resolving conflicts with Frontier facilities involving road construction/improvements, with a focus on minimal impact to the OSP Engineering Budget.
• Assisting with the Frontier Fiber to the Home build, troubleshooting blocked paths established by planning, and applying for the necessary permits to maintain construction deadlines.
• Engineering upgrades to the cell tower by providing the path and placement of fiber optic cable.
• Work with Frontier customers to secure funding for pole, cable, or pedestal relocation.
• Daily use of Infinium, Varasset, Frogs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Provide support to contractors and company splicers once projects go to construction and are out in the field to ensure the schedule is maintained.

• Delegating work to the assigned vendor company and managing timely project submittals.
