 Funded under the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) funded through DuPage County  Track grant spending by creating spreadsheets and implementing budgeting strategies  Restructure program guidelines regarding transportation and educational expenses  Plan, organize and implement financial literacy classes for the residents  Build relationships with outside organizations such as College of DuPage, HOME DuPage, WorkNet DuPage and other employment and educational organizations  Create and develop job searching sessions to help our residents get employed and stay employed  Provide support and help our residents navigate options for receiving high school diploma and higher education

• Greeted guests professionally and courteously to cultivate welcoming atmosphere while making safety top priority.
• Drafted reports of property damage, theft, accidents, and unusual occurrences to document daily activities and irregularities.
• Performed guard duties by making judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.
• Monitored CCTV cameras and alarm systems for potential theft
• Strategized ways to prevent theft from happening
