• Wash, dry, and store dishes, utensils, cookware, and glassware.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines according to procedure manuals and report any issues.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in kitchen work areas, including floors, walls, and food prep surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling, and clean and sanitize containers.
