• Fulfilled various requirements of an outpatient therapy level II student while meeting proficiency standards of a site-specific entry level clinician including evaluating, individualized intervention planning/implementation, re evaluation, and discharge of clients with a wide range of orthopedic/neurological diagnoses.
• Skills training to adequate and proficient use of Raintree documentation system.
• Enhanced abilities to successfully manage therapy sessions/HEP with a diverse population through translators of various languages.

St. Mary's Hospital - Athens, GA - January 2025 - March 2025

• Satisfied multiple components of an Acute care level II fieldwork rotation while meeting proficiency standards of a site-specific entry level clinician including detailed chart reviews, competency in knowledge of various hospital equipment, evaluation/treatment of patients, interdisciplinary intervention planning and implementation, transition planning (including determination and justification of necessary DME), group therapy sessions and documentation.
• Consulted with medical professionals and various members of healthcare team (i.e. RN, Respiratory, case manager, social work)
• Expansive skill set from experience with treatment on ortho, ICU, Neuro, NCCU floors.
