Volunteer Experience

  • Google, Inc., New York, NY, Intern, 10/2019 - 05/2020, I was an intern at Google that was based on learning about business, how to start-up a new business, and what it's like being a business owner. I created my own business that was based on how to reduce plastic use in the environment, and help give people more sustainable ways to use, and recycle plastics.
  • Hoboken Homeless Shelter, Hoboken, NJ, I volunteer from time to time at the Hoboken Homeless shelter, helping them prepare food, and serving the food to the people there. I ran a coat drive at my school and I delivered 15 coats to the Shelter as a result of the drive.

Accomplishments

  • I was honored with the diversity award when I graduated high-school to show my diverse sense of self, my unique sense of style, and my ability to connect with everyone no matter who they are.
  • I was awarded the 'Environmental Awareness Award' to show my deep understanding, and care for the environment.
