please except this letter as my show interest for the open position in your company. I believe my years of chef experience, keen understanding of health and safety guidelines, kitchen operations, amicable Communication and interpersonal skills have prepped me well for this role.
My love for cooking started in high school, I would make all of my friends breakfast and hand it out. More people started to notice and asked if they could buy breakfast too. It was a more flavorful and healthy breakfast than what we could find in the cafeteria line. I would then throw parties and call them "Food Functions". To enter you buy a plate of food and then come hang out! This paved the way to starting a small catering company called Food Functions that I still take orders for 4 times a month. I am finishing my culinary degree at Escoffier , where I am furthering my knowledge for cooking and business hospitality.
