Since 2014 I have worked at the Greely pool in Cumberland Center, part time during the school year teaching kids how to swim. It is a job I love and has given me the opportunity to have the same schedule as my children, as they have worked their way through the Greely school system.
I worked at the Falmouth Veterinary Hospital as a both a receptionist, lead receptionist and assistant office manager over the course of seven years. I was approached by the office manager while running the post office at Shaw's Supermarkets when I was in my last year of college, and she asked if I wanted to come and work with her.
I did! I worked there until I had my first daughter in 2008.
I worked in the customer service desk, with my primary responsibility being to work the previous days books and send to corporate the next morning. I also helped to run the local post office branch in Falmouth through the Shaw's substation. I did this in high school, but primarily throughout college.
