I work at a program where we watch the kids afterschool at the school they attend and run activities until the parents pick them up. Most of the activities run as crafts, help with homework, planning special events and parties, and playing with them. I also am considered inclusion and will work 1:1 with students that need extra support or have disabilities. I have worked at 3 different elementary schools now and have formed amazing bonds with students and parents.
