I currently work mainly as a consultant, employed by various students whom I visit at their respective locations in order to teach. I also provide my expertise during shows, attending to multiple students with the same amount of care and attention. While present at shows, I will assist in grooming, tacking, and the occasional paperwork that is required for admittance. I create thoughtful schedules that work for my students, rather than sacrifice their time to any unforeseen circumstances or issues. In order to fully appreciate my students' time I offer supplementary asynchronous lesson planning that allows them to refine their skills further before our next lesson.

My time was split between supplementary labor and active teaching. In terms of labor, I would perform barn duties that were proactive and helpful to both my students and employers. A non-exhaustive list of my duties includes tacking two to ten horses a day, riding the horses before lessons to ensure quality, feeding, providing appropriate or necessary medications, watering, and mucking trailers after shows. During lessons I would devote my entire attention towards my student; I would not allow competing attentions deprive my student of their time. In this way, I would productively multitask when necessary.
