As a podiatric resident, deeply invested in advancing our profession, I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to serve as the CFAS Resident Representative. This role aligns perfectly with my passion for leadership, advocacy, and collaborative engagement across residency programs. I am eager to contribute meaningfully to the Colorado Foot & Ankle Society by amplifying the resident voice, supporting educational initiatives, and fostering stronger connections between peers and the Board.

• APP Skills Fair - Contributed to the professional development of APPs by enhancing procedural competency, confidence, and readiness for independent podiatric interventions, including nail avulsions & plantar fascia injections
• Midwestern Podiatry Outreach Video - Featured participant in Midwestern University’s Podiatry Program recruitment video, promoting the college and profession to prospective students to enhance awareness and engagement

• Bilingual Spanish Interpreter - Certified Spanish Interpreter at Denver Health with advanced proficiency in medical Spanish which bridges language gaps to improve patient communication - April 2025
• Denver Health Orthoplastic Surgery Summit - Completed advanced training in flap‑based soft tissue coverage through lectres and cadaveric dissections, followed by focused instruction on peripheral nerve injury repair and reconstruction - February 2024

• Enhancing LRINEC Score Utility in Diabetic Populations - Lead resident research in data collection phase pending IRB approval - Present
• Surfing the Right Ventricular Pressure Waveform: Methods to assess Global, Systolic and Diastolic RV Function from a Clinical Right Heart Catheterization - Analyzed right heart catheterization waveforms in a publication in the Journal of Pulmonary Circulation - 2020
