I was promoted to Club Manager after nearly 2 years of working as Front Desk and Assistant Manager at the Medford location. I had the pleasure of opening the brand new Patchogue location. With opening this new location, I was in charge of setting up all accounts for the gym to help manage inventory, ordering and handling maintenance of equipment and facility needs, food and beverage, marketing, Listen 360 system, and merchandise. I chose my machines and where they fit in my gym, how layout of storage and gym sections would work, built office, and break room. I implemented my own task lists for daily maintenance and staff responsibilities, and built my own team.
