• Performed pre-analytical and pos- analytical activities related to laboratory testing process as equipment maintenance, functions, and documentation. Also contribute with the inventory control, and supplies.
• Performed standard and department competency standards based on federal and state policies. Report the critical values results to the assigned personal.
• Follow the general appropriates safety policies.

· Qualification of different reagents (Lyse S, Packs, Diluents, HgB Lyse, Drabkins, Zap-oglobin)

· Perform and test of Water Samples, Environmental Testing, Primary Pool and Final Products at Micro Laboratory

· Collaboration to make and organize packages of hematology products and the schedules in the laboratory.
