Staffing clients with disabilities with direct service workers. Hiring, running background checks, orientation and adding new staff to HR trackers. Calling staff to cover shifts as well.

Over see direct service workers who work in home with adults/seniors/children with disabilities. Make sure that their are safe and healthy in they living environments as well as having groceries and non perishable foods.

• Organizing events, writing individual Support Plans to match the members personality
• Creating community access to volunteer with members and achieve independent goals
• Overseing program activities, weekly reports, monthly reports, goal tracking, blocked reports, payroll and team meetings for my team to be more successful
• Reviewing applications and documentation independently or in conjunction with supervisor to make decisions pertaining to programs
• Finding new volunteer sites as well as wellness and fitness sites and any or all non volunteer sites
• Explaining program offerings and requirements to participants and answering related questions from parents or caregivers
• Facilitating meetings with case managers, parents and/or guardians and conferences associated with program.

• Regularly updating parents to maintain progress, schedule identifying early signs of emotional and developmental problems in members to bring concerns to parent's attention
• Engaging with children on individual basis to build positive, trusting relationships.

• Counted and balanced cashier drawers
• Trained and mentored new cashiers to maximize performance with skilled, efficient and knowledgeable team members
• Counted tills at beginning of shift with start money and balanced and reconciled register, reflecting financial discrepancies, refunds and account deferrals.
