Accomplishments

In June 2025, the 24 and Hayes DollarTree store was barely operating. Upon being hired I immediately began to clean and re-set the front of the store’s appearance.

Upon promotion I have worked diligently on improved product quality, employee performance and above all customer experience satisfaction.

I ensure our store’s staff and store operates with integrity and are unitified in top sales within my district.

I have received acknowledgment from Dollar Tree visiting corporate figures regarding my displays and ability to engage customers with new products while expanding our stores referrel base. Due to the positive stote improvements made by my team and I, we have gained customers up to 30 miles from their place of work or home. Customers enjoy the clean and upscales look which has justified our price increases.
