My job mainly consists of enhancing customer satisfaction by providing good service in an efficient and timely manner. I also assist with dispatching gas and electric hazard calls.

We get placed on "teams" within the company so I always am very aware of how my work can positively or negatively affect my co-workers and try my best to ensure that what I do lightens the load on my peers as much as I can.

A lot of the focus on my job aside from the hazard calls is just ensuring that the interactions we provide to callers leaves them with a good impression and helps them trust their gas/electric provider.

Assisted callers with billing issues and bad service they had received at locations.

Always ensured that whatever issue my callers had was resolved on the first call as much as I could.

Helping my clients get the professional sound they need with their songs and albums by expertly mixing and mastering recordings for various projects.

Providing feedback on different parts of an audio project to further improve its quality and working closely with the artist to bring their vision to fruition.
