Additional Information
I was the manager for two years of the MTSU Eq. team. My work entailed keeping up with all riders' points from all shows, all team equipment (both horses and riders tack and clothing through the end of the year. During a show, I drew the go-order for the team and assigned riders to horses based off height, weight, riding experience, maintained horses tack/personal needs/work each day. This duty started at 6:00 a.m. through the end of each show, usually for a weekend, and 10-12 shows a semester.
