Partner with Preconstruction teams during bid phase, supporting scope review, soliciting competitive pricing, and facilitating project turnover from preconstruction to operations upon award
Maintain full responsibility for project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, owner billing, subcontractor payables, and change order management through financial closeout and cost reconciliation
Lead development and maintenance of project schedules, proactively identifying risks and coordinating with field team to maintain progress and meet milestone deadlines
Coordinate closely with Superintendent and field teams to anticipate and maintain material, labor, and logistical needs, including Pull Planning Schedule Meetings

Promoted from Senior Project Engineer to Project Manager while actively supporting a 750,000sq.ft. complex highend interior project; assumed PM responsibilities mid-project and successfully oversaw financial closeout and turnover. This remains Rand*'s largest project to-date.
