  • Overseeing staff and providing directives for their day to day duties which include ; program training for our dementia and Alzheimer's for our unit.
  • Manage Medication room/ program to ensure that all protocol and procedures are being upheld by Atria guidelines. Including trainings, audits and day to day med passes are effectively.
  • Assuring resident's chart's are with compliance of state's guideline's of our treatment.
  • Coordinate and implement staff's monthly schedules
  • Facilitate and execute monthly activity calendar's; which develops individualized and group programming for resident's in the memory care unit to enhance their quality of life.
