Founder of BSA Scout Troop 402

• Founding youth leader of the largest all-female Scouts BSA troop on the west coast
• Created a foundation of a fun, dedicated, and inclusive troop which focused on increasing the knowledge and confidence of the scouts through experience and youth-led activities.
• Supported the troop as it grew from 12 scouts to 50 in the span of two years. This meant adapting to new challenges and the ability to change and learn new skills as well as problem solve at a fast pace.
• Displayed great communications skills and teamwork. Worked to create a fun and cohesive environment in a diverse team.
• Taught a variety of subjects to scouts of all ages

Eagle Scout

• Researched, planned, and executed the building and implementation of 16 native bee habitats in my local community to help rebuild our native bee population.
• Dedicated leader, teacher, and volunteer within the troop and many different outreach and community service programs.
