• I photograph clients for varying projects, as well as photos/videos that I conceptualize, produce, direct, and shoot of/for myself that I display on www.JelenainJuly.com
• I work with digital, color & b/w film photography, having prior b/w 35mm darkroom experience.
• I have experience shooting in a studio setup with continuous and spotlight lighting, as well as shooting on location (in public and private spaces).
• Planned and prepared for on-location and studio shoots.
• Digitally edited photos to enhance appearance and overall aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and packaging retail web orders varying in value and gift wrapping specialized orders.
• Supporting various other departments throughout all levels of the store in whatever assistance was needed at any given time, including: “marking down” items on sale, organizing anti-theft sensors, sorting and organizing retail items on various sales floors, sorting and organizing retail items in various stockrooms.

• Greeted and informed patrons about any questions they may have about the theater.
• Acted as first point of contact for visiting patrons and customers.
• Guided patrons to their appropriate theater in a peaceful yet timely manner.
• Worked the Assisted Listening Device (ALD) cart
• Key Responsibilities: Making sure devices are charged, set to proper channels, and in working order for requesting patrons.
• Worked as an embedded greeter inside any of the theaters on the premises during showtime
• Key Responsibilities: Scanning tickets of guests entering theater, ushering guests to their seats, conveying general showtime information to patrons before they enter the theater, maintaining an open line of communication with staff outside of theater (should there be any emergencies or interruptions in the audience), scanning theater after performance has ended for items that may have been left behind (if so, item(s) go to lost/found)
• Training/Certification(s) required:
• "Indoor Place of Assembly Safety Personnel Certificate” via the FDNY.
• Center for Independence of the Disabled (CID-NY) Training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making sure customers are satisfied with the experience and answering any questions they may have had.
• Checking visitors into the experience using guest sign-in kiosks.
• Worked coat check.
• Selling merchandise in the giftshop to visitors exiting the experience (operated MPOS).
• Maintained tidy and organized work area to preserve aesthetics and support cleanliness and quality standards.

• Worked in several of the brand’s pop-up shops as a sales associate
