As a junior at UNCC pursuing a bachelor's degree in biology, my upbringing in Monroe, NC, and my Hispanic heritage have instilled in me a natural drive to exceed expectations. I excel in acquiring new skills and applying them to various situations. With extensive customer service experience, I have developed a strong ability to connect with clients and customers. Being fluent in both English and Spanish allows me to build solid relationships not only with clients but also with coworkers. This provides a sense of comfort for Spanish-speaking customers as we can communicate in their native language. I am highly motivated to represent both the company I work for and myself by working diligently and expressing clear thoughts. My exceptional communication skills enable successful collaboration with individuals from diverse backgrounds, simplifying complex ideas for effective dialogue in both colleague and client interactions.
Through my experience, I excel at managing products to maintain high accuracy while packing, ensuring a well-organized warehouse setup, order fulfillment, along with shipping and receiving protocols. I am skilled in handling products, ensuring accuracy in packing and picking. With experience in operating warehouse equipment and forklifts. I possess expertise in operating warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory while processing orders and updating stock levels. My ability to work with details, along with my quick pace for deadline completion, aligns with my effectiveness in team-based work environments. I use my fast learning ability for new processes and technologies to produce continuous operational efficiency in the warehouse.
